Hello Friends

I have accepted a new position at the Wynn Encore, in Las Vegas. I will be Executive Chef of the new Asian bistro in the new Encore tower. We will be open early 2009.

This is an incredible opportunity and I am looking forward to the challenge! But before I go, I would like to thank all of you who have supported me by: reading my articles, attending my professional trainings, attending my cooking classes, listening to me on "Good Food", inviting me to speak at culinary events, following me around Thai Town and Chinatown on culinary tours, catering your events, or simply private cheffing in your homes! It was a special time in my life and it's time for a new chapter.

So on that note, I will say, see you at the Wynn!. I would love to see you all there and if you are coming, be sure to drop me a line and seek me out at Encore.
